How do I seriously tighten my lower abs?

I had a child about 3 years ago. I’ve lost all of the extra weight, and I work out 5 days a week, but the skin on my stomach is still loose. Any idea how to really tighten the muscles back up in the lower abs?

    How to Lose Weight

    if you dont want to go to a gym i suggest doing leglifts
    -lay on you back everything flat
    -raise both your legs about 4-6 inches
    -lower
    -then repeat untill you cant takeit

    this is extremly hard because it works really well
