workout & diet?

ok so i just found out that i have softball tryouts at my school in a week and i havent even worked out at all since summer! does anyone know what i can do for a diet and a workout plan? btw i am a 15 year old girl, 110ish lbs, 5′2, if that makes any difference…

    Lose weight fast

    eat lots of lean proteins like chicken and fish or even take a supplement and do 45 minutes of cardio a day. just make sure you dont push yourself too much
