How do i do the Green Tea Diet?

Okay so i recently decided that i want to lose just a little bit more weight, and i heard about a green tea diet and i want to try it out. Has anyone tried it and can you tell me what i need to do in order to lose weight? Like how many cups of tea a day, when do i drink it, and when and what do i eat?

I just want to get leaner, i know i have a hard 6pack under my stomach!
Anyone please help!

    Becareful some Green Tea Diet products contain laxatives.
    If you abuse laxatives, the GI may lose it’s ability to function on it own. Then you’ll need explosives to poop. It’s not worth it. Constipation is frustrating and painful.
