Why the hell does MUSCLE have anything to do with FITNESS?

Fitness is a description of your ability to perform physical tasks. You don&#039;t need to be a fkn tank, you just need to be able to move fast, and be agile. Being a marine doesn&#039;t mean being the most butch person in the world, it just means being good at hurting people.</description>

my eldest son is currently in the Army and has gotten good results from the P90X program that is sold on the infomercials. If you can&#039;t afford that try a book or video from the library.

My recruiting officer put me in touch with a phys ed instructor from Rice University some 20 years ago......perhaps your some one in your nearby recruiting office can give you a couple of names, or suggestions......For the USMC fitness requirements don&#039;t concentrate so much on muscle mass but endurance so many of the really bulky guys in my OCS class didn&#039;t have the stamina for an eleven mile march with backpacks even though they were healthy with big muscles.
