    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    If you like tea with a lemony taste, I love adding the packets of Crystal Light Iced Tea to a bottle of water!

    Metabolism and Your Weight

    Any brand of green tea will work for you. Except Lipton. What they do to their tea, I don’t know, but I don’t like that brand. Celestial Seasonings is a good brand.
