    lay on your back, lift your legs up about an inch off the ground keep them straight and hold them for 30 seconds, repeat the several times, lay on the floor with your arms above you head, and then lift your legs and arms to meet in the middle, do several sets of 15, you can also do leg throws if you have someone who can help you, thats when you lay on the floor with the other person’s feet by your ears, then hold on to their feet, lift your legs up and have them push them down, it works a lot better when they actually THROW them, and don’t let your feet touch the ground. i’ve been doing this for several weeks and its finally going away
