How can I help my horrible metabolism, and other unhealthy habits?
bb_gurl772 asked:
I’m 13, and I don’t have some bad habits I can’t crontrol easily. I’m pretty much slim and slender, but when it comes to meals I’m in huge trouble. I’m not depresed either–so like, don’t even suggest me going to a psychiatrist or a therapist. They don’t even have those people in my country.
Anyways here’s my daily routine: Wake up in the morning deathly tired–it usually takes me about 30 minutes to get out of bed even if I was awake. Skip breakfast–because breakfast gives me a stomach ache and an urge to use the bathroom all day, or sometimes I’m just not hungry. So–I don’t eat breakfast at all. Then I drag myself to the bus stop which is an exhausting 40 minute trip down the road–jogging. Sleep on the bus [[hour trip to the school]]. Get to school drag myself up the stairways to my locker, go to class, deal with classwork if I can manage to stay awake. Lunchtime–Eat a muffin or a cup of ramen or a handful of french fries topped with hotsauce or nothing. Go back to class.
Deal with classwork. After school–go to volleyball practice. Run track. Drink gatorade. Eat nothing. Go to the PX [Post Exchange] to shop, or stay at shcool to do my homework. Get on the 6:30 late bus. 7:30 arrive at bus stop. 8:20 arrive home dead exhausted. Eat some strawberries, chips, yogurt, or whatever is available [as long as it fills me up]. Sometimes eat dinner. Feed rabbit. Finish remaining homework. Sleep at around midnight.

Exercise and Weight Loss
The best way to speed up your metabolism is to eat breakfast, even if you have to eat it on the bus. Plus maybe you need to be sleeping more, go to be a little earlier. Also you need to be eating more fruits and vegetables. And you need to be eating more frequently, every 3 hours you should be eating, even if it is just a piece of fruit.
Fastest Way to Lose Weight
eat breakfast in the morning and dont wait until lunch. this is beacuse your metabolism doesnt have anything to burn and it tends to slow down. also dont eat too late at night and go to bed right after. this slows down your metabolism because its a lot of food your stomach is handling and since your body is suppose to be “resting” when you are sleeping, your metabolism is working.
