What is the fastest way to lose weight (fat)?

what is the fastest way to lose fat weight, im not interested in whether or not it is healthy i just want to know the fastest way to lose about 20 lbs of fat
please be specific (not just names of diets because all popular diets are healthy and wil not produce the quick results) once it gets off i can keep it off no matter what because my metabolism has just seemed to kick in and im gradually losing weight with what im doing, but very slowly, so .. help!

    Slim down – remove fat

    Exercise as much as you can and eat a balanced diet but a smaller portion than usual . believe me it works miracles . i lost wait in just 2 weeks .

    A good balance diet and exercise is the key.

    If you belong to a local gym. Try taking some SPIN or kickboxing classes. They burn lots of calories. Also do some weights to balance the cardio workout. If you don’t belong to a gym try riding a bike outdoors.
