What are some exercises for the lower abs?

NS Dude asked:

crunches are for the upper part of your abs, but all i’ve been doing for my lower abs are leg lifts and i feel that they’re not working. I only feel like my lower back and legs are being worked out.

any other exercises that don’t require the use of equipment?

sit on the outermost edge of a sturdy chair and lean back so you are at a 45+ degree angle, you can either make slow repetative motions (like cruches) or u can hold that position

    How to Lose Weight

well you lay on the ground for most of these so thats your basic instruction….
first ya got leg lifts just lift your leg to about 6inches off the ground and go up to 45 degree angle and back down or just hold it at the 6inches
second bicycles, pretend your riding a bicycle on the ground, also move legs in reverse direction
third, flutter kicks, one foot goes up while the other comes down keep legs at a low height like 6-12 inches… also you can go side to side just try those out
