What are some good diet ideas, food and workout program I could follow to get in shape and lose 35 pounds?

I’m not way over weight. But over the last 5 years I have gotten out of shape and put on some inches on my wait line. I was thinking about getting on a good schedule food diet, workout and also change the foods I eat. Should I go vegetarian and eat nuts, fruit and vegetables only? My goal is 10 weeks.

    How to Lose Weight

    fat is sugars from plants that you haven’t burned of

    to loose Weight eat less plants and more meat ( with fat reduced ) and exercise a LOT!!!!
    you are only burning fat when you are tired and have used all the sugars you have in easy Acces to your cells

    the little bit of fat and sugars that is in the meat is important to keep you alive and healthy

    eat as much as you want as long as the MEAT is lean and you are exercising until you feel you cant go any more ( which is when you start to feel sick ) don’t push your self too much tho

    if you are sore after you work out it means it worked

    it takes time to healthily loose Weight so be PATIENT

    being fat is an opinion
    what YOU think is all that madders

    Slim down – remove fat

    you may need a little bit more than 10 weeks may be 14-15

    but I have just the thing…you can lose up to 12 pounds a months!

    ~”~”~”In the morning you should eat ~”~”~”

    2 boiled eggs or scrabled with 2slices of toast or
    a bowel of special k (you can get your sweets here- the special k with chocolate or strawberries are sweet) or
    oatmeal (you can also get your sweets in then… maple and brown sugar and the theres others)

    ~’~'~’~'~lunch~’~'~’~'~ Dinner

    Garden salad with Chicken/turkey/tuna with lite dressing or none
    or
    baked chicken with veggies
    or
    veggie soup
    OR
    fish with veggies

    ~”~”~”~”~Snack~”~”~”~”~”~

    a fruit cup
    or
    bpj sandwitch with a banna
    or
    100 calorie packs( sweets are here too!)
    or
    any snack barsor protien

    Eat lots of veggies and fruits, dont fry anything, And drink lots of H2O!!!!
