How does a semi big girl begin a good diet?

    How to Lose Weight

    Start with cutting out the garbage. Soda, sweets, cookies, chips, crackers… it’s all garbage. Processed food isn’t nutritionally sound.

    Then start by adding more fruits and veggies into your daily diet. You should be eating mostly fruits and veggies, with lean meat and low-fat dairy.

    On top of that you need to start an exercise routine. Even if you just start out walking 30 minutes a day, at least it’s something. Push yourself a little each day to do more. Make sure you take 1 day a week off to rest though.

    Need to lose weight?

    Cut out all foods that are bad from your diet to begin with. Sodas, sweets, all that junk. It’s best to just get rid of it all so you won’t be tempted. Then stock up on fresh fruits and veggies as well as lean meats and fish. The more colorful, the better, because that will provide you with a variety of nutrients.

    Then get a nice multivitamin so you can take it every day. This will help you get all your nutrients as well so you will be healthy. I prefer the ones that are in packs as the one that are all in one pill are usually like horse pills and really hard to swallow.

    Then exercise. I would start out moderate. Walking, weights, rebounding on a trampoline are all nice exercises to start out with and then you can progress onto harder and harder workouts. Remember that exercise should be challenging, but not overwhelming. I would suggest getting a diet buddy so you’ll stay motivated.

    Go to Self.com because they offer a good program that anyone can do that has meal planners so you can chose from a variety of healthy meals. That way, you never feel like you are depriving yourself.

    Don’t forget to have fun while doing this. Remember, you are doing this for yourself so you can be healthier! Only YOU can do this for yourself!
