I’m 15, 5′3, and I weigh about 140. I’m a little overweight, and I want to lose 20 pounds while being healthy at the same time, by summer. I want to be lean and toned. How do I do this and keep the weight off? What diet plan can I follow that is guaranteed to work in 6 months?
