Workout/Diet?
Today I walked for 45 minutes and ran for about 20 min. How many calories did I burn? Im tryin to lose at least 20 pounds by april 19.I am 13 5′4 and 142 Ibs. This is my workout/diet plan for tomorrow.
Breakfast: 1 Whole weat of toast with peanut butter and 1 grapefruit and 1 serving of quaker oats oatmeal 3 glasses of water
after breakfast im going to walk/run for 25 min.
Snack:1 Quaker Rice Cake
Run/Walk for 12 min.
Lunch: 2 Slices of whole weat toast and 2 plain scrambled eggs and 1 salad with a little of itallian dressing
Run/Walk for 10 min.
Snack: Half of a grapefruit
Run/Walk for 15 min.
Dinner:1 Salad with a little dressing
Greenbeans 1 slice of whole weat toast with peanutbutter
and 1 plain scrambled egg
Walk/Run for 40 min.
Snack:Other half of grapefruit
Walk/Run for 15 min.
Before I go to bed im goin to stretch and do 30 crunches and 10 pushups also drink 2 liters of water per day.
