How long does it take for the lemonade diet to begin working?

I have been on this “magic cleanse” diet for about a day now…but I haven’t noticed any changes so far. I was just wondering when I should expect to see some movement and not just feel hungry. :(

    Slim down – remove fat

    If you are taking herbal laxative tea at night. You should be going to the bathroom like crazy. I lost 18 lbs. Get the book . It well really help
