Mirko asked:

My upper abs are ripped but the “lower 4″ dont have that much definition. What are the best exercises to change that?

    Exercise and Weight Loss

Sorry but I have to tell you this, there is no upper and a lower abs =( abs is one big muscle. You have to go on a good diet in order for your last four to show.

    Metabolism and Your Weight

increase the amount of crunches you do and use your pelvic area to lift yourself up..

try using those fitness balls they can give you a wide variety of ab exercises…

    Metabolism and Your Weight

Sit up would build up the muscle, but remember to bend your knees to protect your back. Aerobic exercises and a low fat diet to reduce the fatty tissue will enhance the figure of the muscle.
