How do i know if i have fast or slow metabolism?

Some of my friend eat just so much everyday and they still remain slim. They can eat really…ALOT. but for me, i gain weight really easily and i excercise 30min in the gym about 3 times week to stay slim. if i stop will i grow fat? even if i dont eat alot and minimise to 2000 calories a day

i am 16 years old
height 1.70cm and 60kg.

    Someimtes it’s to do with body structure not metabolism, by your age you should have a fats one. you can tell if someone has a quick metabolism, if they are hungry frequently, and sometimes energetic. If you go to the toilet alot aswell, its an indication. Exercise is said to increase your metabolism, so your most likely to have a good / decent system. Just becareful with food restrictions, breakfast is important for a healthy metabolim. So pirotise your meal sizes accordingly. 1. breakfast – biggest meal. 2. lunch 2nd biggest meal. 3. dinner – smallest meal.

    i dont know your measurments cuz i go by feet and pounds. but if you gain super easy then you most likely have a really slow metabolism. if you keep eating healthy and excercising, then it may speed up. mine did for some reason but its still not perfect.
