Is it possible to become extremely obese even if you have a naturally slim figure?

If you were to eat totally unhealthy food and get no exercise you would no longer be naturally slim. You would be putting yourself in serious health risks. Heart disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, to name a few. Good eating habits and exercise are needed for optimal health. Hopefully you are just a curious sort. Don’t try it .
