    Slim down – remove fat

    Squats and lunges.
    Just a workout is fine; the fat from your butt probably just got transferred downwards; you’ll lose it eventually.
    Firm your gluteal muscles and you won’t see it anymore!

    If you want to do spot-treating then there is a great machine/workout for you. Lay on your stomach and bend one of your legs at a time towards your back, repeat a few times and then switch legs. This will work out your butt muscles.

    Eat healthy AND workout, that is the best solution to making sure you dont have any of these little spots.
